Plan B

Top-down bullet hell game in which the player has to survive increasingly difficult waves of enemies.

Plan B was a 1st year project for which the task was to create a fun and challenging game for players in a 3 week time frame with a team of 3 programmers and 5 artists.

As lead programmer for the project my responsibilities included:

  • setup and maintain source control for the project using SVN
  • design the core mechanics of the game
  • plan and delegate tasks for the programming team
  • design the structure of the code base
  • plan the workflow for developers and artists
  • develop multiple AI types with unique behaviors
